According to Rasmussen, only 34% of Americans believe that passing this disaster of a health care bill is better than passing nothing.
So the American public doesn’t want it. The Republicans don’t want it. Even the Democrats don’t want it. But it’s coming anyway.
The Obama administration is so desperate to accomplish something, anything, in the face of tanking poll numbers and a clear decline in the support of the mainstream public that ordained him our Lord and Savior, they will jam this down our throats in the dead of the night if necessary.
UPDATE: And just for good measure we’ll throw a little good old fashioned bribery into the mix too. Hey why not?

"If they were proud of this bill they wouldn’t be doing it this way," McConnell said, referring to the reform bill fashioned in the Senate, where Democrats hold the majority. "They wouldn’t be jamming it through in the middle of the night on the last weekend before Christmas."
